Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Appointments are required.  Reserve your time with our online booking service on this site, or by calling us at 920-434-9935. While our online booking service shows most of our appointment times, additional times not listed may be available by calling to reserve an appointment.

Q: When do I schedule my first appointment?
A: Brides should start 4-6 months before the wedding date. Bridesmaids and special occasion should start 2- 4 months before the event date.

Q: What do I bring to my appointment?
A: You should bring your shoes, any special undergarments, and a deposit to start the work to be done.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, major credit cards & debit cards.

Q: How much are my alterations going to be?
A: Because every gown and body type differs, we only charge for the work that needs to be done and not a flat rate. Hand pressing is included with most alterations.

Q: How many fittings should I allow for?
A: Most brides don’t require more that three fittings.

Q: Can I bring my gown in prior to my fitting?
A: Yes we have the facilities to store your gown and bridesmaids. We are fully insured providing you with the comfort your gown is safe from pets, children or even the groom.

Q: Is there a charge for storing my gown?
A: We provide this service to our customers. If you chose to remove your gown and take it elsewhere for alterations there is a fee.
